Level 1

The Resonate Body Barre Level 1 course provides a solid foundation in Barre instruction, covering key topics like anatomy basics, cueing, alignment, modifications for different populations, and use of props and music. The training includes self-study, hands-on practice, observation hours, and a final exam. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a certification to teach the RBF method anywhere.

  • 10.10 - 11.10 (Time TBC but most likely 11:00 - 17:00)


    24.10 (11:00-17:00) exam

  • This is a hybrid program, with in-person training sessions and video content to practice at home. Depending on the training location, participants are also expected to attend in-person practice sessions.

  • There will be videos going along with the manuals and an anatomy and physiology recommended book that needs to be studied at home. Participants are expected to end up with 50 hours of total training, practice and study time for each level. Up to 100 hours are possible if both levels are completed with the recommended practice and study schedule.
